A home can look “mostly clean” at first glance… until the detailing starts.
A lot of the work happens in the buildup people slowly stop noticing over time.
Detailed flooring, older finishes, residue in edges and corners, bathroom buildup, kitchen surfaces, and high touch areas all required slower, more intentional work to properly improve.
That’s the difference between a maintenance cleaning and an initial reset.
An initial cleaning helps bring the home back to a level that can actually be maintained moving forward.
For this home, around 1,100 sqft with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the project required 2 cleaners and close to 20 total man hours to help restore the space back into better condition.
Even though the home was not large, the heavy buildup, older detailed finishes, and overall condition made the cleaning much more labor intensive than square footage alone would suggest.
Our team detailed the kitchen and bathrooms, completed dusting, and reset the major areas of the home. Some floor detailing still required additional work due to the material, age, and buildup involved.
Professional cleaning involves prioritizing, problem solving, communication, and realistic planning — not just speed.
It’s to create real progress that clients can actually maintain after we leave.
