We are a busy family owned dry cleaning company looking for a friendly and professional addition to our team. Full-time hours will be divided between servicing our customers on our delivery routes and working as a customer service representative in store. Training provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Professional and friendly disposition when serving customers in the store.

Assisting customers at our counter, building relationships with consistent customers.

Operating our POS system, ringing in customer sales and marking-in incoming customer orders

Resolving customer service situations at the counter.

Timely and friendly pick-up and delivery of orders.

Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with our delivery customers.
