Simply Tidy by Megan – Cleaning Cancellation Policy

At Simply Tidy by Megan, I value your time and truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you. To provide the best scheduling availability for all clients, please review the cancellation policy below:

📌 Cancellations

I kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

I understand life happens! You are welcome to reschedule at no additional charge when notice is given 48 hours in advance.

If you or anyone in your home is sick, please notify me promptly. I prefer to reschedule illness-related appointments—no fee is charged if notice is given as soon as possible.
