Light, dark, colorful – with this simple classification you can pre-sort your laundry best. Washing the same or similar colors together is a great thing to do as they will not stain each other or get discolored. Be careful with new clothes, especially those with strong colors. How to Pre-wash Baby Clothes.
1. First, sort the items by colors. Then secure zippers, buttons, snaps, and other closures, and finally, turn the garments inside out.
2. Choose a gentle detergent that protects your baby’s soft, sensitive skin, then stick to it.
3.Follow the instructions on the fabric care label, and launder your little one’s clothes as you would normally. Generally, you will want to use hot water for washing diapers and cold water for everything else. Use a gentle-to-normal setting onyour washer, especially for the first wash.
