Happy Birthday to PROPR 🎂✨
And an extra special Happy Birthday to our co-founder, Sarah Crowell Perseke because somehow, she and this little brand are growing up together.
One year ago, we officially launched PROPR after nearly two years of developing our cleaning mitts. And just as we were ready to hit “go”... tariffs were announced. 😅
Since then, we’ve learned that building a business isn’t always squeaky clean (thankfully, our shoes and bags are). We’ve spent money on influencers that didn’t convert, gotten a crash course in what CPA, CAC, ROAS and countless other acronyms actually mean, discovered how one tiny pixel on a website can impact META ads, and learned more lessons than we ever could have anticipated.
There have been moments of doubt, pivots we didn’t see coming, and plenty of “are we doing this right?” conversations.
But there have also been orders from customers we don’t know personally. Repeat purchases. Messages telling us how much you love the product. Five-star reviews. And the incredibly rewarding feeling of creating something we genuinely believe in.
So today, we’re celebrating the messy middle. The lessons. The resilience. The wins—big and small.
