BREAKING: Scientists remain completely baffled after a Pennsylvania road was reportedly paved overnight and is somehow still smooth the next morning.

Residents across the neighborhood have been gathering in disbelief, cautiously driving over it at low speeds while asking each other things like “Wait… where are the potholes" and “How is my suspension not making noise right now”

PennDOT has not confirmed how the incident occurred, but experts believe it may have been an administrative error, a glitch in the matrix, or a contractor accidentally completing a project before ripping it back up 14 hours later.

Local dads have already begun standing in the street with folded arms saying, “Don’t get used to it.” Meanwhile, crews are expected to return shortly to cut a mysterious rectangle into the middle of it for absolutely no reason.

I’m installing a 410a system that was removed from another location and the refrigerant lines were cut without evacuating the system or at least recovering it back to the condenser. Can anyone share an opinion on whether or not I should add oil to the recharge?

"Kyle" drives to the Jersey Shore twice a summer. Twice. The rest of the year he's 300 miles from the nearest beach, surrounded by mountains, deer, potholes, and a Sheetz parking lot.

But one weekend in Wildwood changed him forever. Now he's got a Salt Life sticker so big it covers half the rear window of his F-150. Owns three pairs of flip-flops. Calls everyone "brother." Keeps a folding beach chair in the truck year round. Hasn't seen the ocean in 11 months.

Meanwhile, he's sitting in traffic on I-81 next to a coal truck, headed to a turkey hunt in Schuylkill County. Only in Pennsylvania can "Kyle" spend 98% of his life in the middle of the state and still identify as a coastal resident because he touched the Atlantic for six hours last July.

BREAKING: PennDOT has officially deployed the “Elmer’s Glue Structural Reinforcement Initiative” after discovering Route 487 was being held together by pure willpower and Sheetz coffee.
Crews shut the road down for 11 hours while one guy applied industrial-strength school glue directly into the crack as eight other workers stood nearby with their hands in their pockets supervising the operation. Traffic backed up for six miles as drivers were told the road needed “just one more coat.”

Witnesses say the repair is expected to last anywhere from 14 minutes to “until the next light rain.” PennDOT then plans to rip the entire road apart again next Tuesday anyway.
