Despite searching for more than a year, our client had a difficult time finding anyone to work on this floor. Every company she called recommended that she replace the marble— until one day, a tile store manager recommended us!

This White Thassos floor needed major help. It had almost 1/4″ of grime, and in some areas, the grout was missing or completely.

Here's how we brought this floor back to life:

1. First, we completely removed the grout.
2. Then we ground the floor flat and level, virtually erasing damage in the process.
3. Then, we honed the floor to achieve the soft, honed finish the client requested.
4. We applied sealer to the marble to inhibit staining and then regrouted the floor.

The final result went beyond the client’s expectations 😊

See the difference! ✨

Homeowners in New York City contacted their property manager when their limestone shower stall floor developed a leak. The building superintendent used a blue dye to find the leak, not realizing that the dye would be absorbed into the limestone and leave behind a stain.
After attempting to remove the stain without success, the superintendent called us to find out whether it could be removed, otherwise, he would have to replace the stone for the homeowner.

Spoiler alert: Our team of restoration experts was able to remove the stain beautifully!
