Claravista Window cleaners are here to keep our staff, you and your families safe!

As 🗽begins its 1st phase of reopening our wonderful city we at Claravista have also begun to prepare for the coming weeks ahead.

As a part of a continued effort to help stop the spread of Covid-19 our crew members will be wearing PPE (or personal protective equipment) that will include:

Pro Tip!
We know that cleaning supplies, specifically disinfectants, are scarce nowadays so we wanted to share this great way to make your own disinfecting wipes at home!

What you’ll need:
🧻Bleach (germicidal if you can get your hands on it!)
🧻Water
🧻Paper towels (high quality if possible)
🧻Rubber kitchen gloves
🧻Bucket or container, to mix bleach
🧻Empty wipe container (or large cylindrical Tupperware container
🧻Essential oil (optional)

DIRECTIONS
🧻put on gloves!
🧻Using the dilution table on the back of the bleach bottle mix your bleach to water ratio in the bucket/ container. ***the CDC recommends 1/3 cup of bleach to 1 gallon of water***
🧻add about 20 drops of essential oil (optional)
🧻Using a serrated knife cut your roll of paper towels in half (use a roll that’s not to full so it fits inside of the container)
🧻place paper towels into empty wipe bottle (discarding cardboard tube)
🧻slowly pour your bleach solution into the wipe container until the paper towels are fully saturated
🧻store leftover solution in a safe place/ container to reuse when this first batch of wipes runs out!

And there you have it folks! A safe and effective homemade disinfecting wipe that will work just as good as the name brand stuff😉
