Client: I have a snake in my shower
H2: Sure thing we are on the way
Client in the Bronx, Ny had a snake come out of her drain while taking a shower , no one in the building has or had a pet snake ever. H2 went out to remove the snake and relocate it, the snake has a new home and his being well taken care of.

Like many in pre-war NYC walk-ups, I used to occasionally see a roach walking around my kitchen when I woke up. The building management had monthly exterminators come through, but the problem was unchanged. I was resigned to the occasional uninvited guest as part of the value prop for my apartment.

One month, however, Edwin from H2 came in to do the monthly extermination. He was extremely personable as he asked me some specifics to better ascertain the problem, and the resulting treatment has totally solved the problem. Zero bugs. I would recommend him to anyone looking to finally rid themselves of their pest problems once and for all.
