This weekend I got to host something that’s been on my heart for a long time: a girls’ pool day centered around friendship, community, and creating space for women to genuinely connect.
Watching women who had never met leave as friends was my favorite part of the entire day.
We live in a world that constantly talks about comparison, competition, and cattiness between women. However, I wanted a space that would shift that narrative.
My hope is to create more spaces like this—places where women can gather, laugh, encourage one another, and build meaningful community in a world that often feels disconnected.
And honestly, none of it would have happened without I was able to rent a private pool for the day, invite all the girls, and create an experience that felt like our own little retreat.
