Be on the lookout this evening because I’ll be posting a video showing y’all how I make fried eggs 🍳
After so many of y’all asked on my sausage gravy video, we recorded me making them for y’all. If you haven’t watched the sausage gravy video yet, it’s posted 💛
And a special thank you to my granddaughter Kayla for bringing me the fresh eggs from her chickens 🥚Y’all know fresh eggs just make everything better!

I couldn’t let this week go by without celebrating Nurses Week 💉❤️

My granddaughter Emily is a nurse on the OB floor working with all those sweet babies, and I am so proud of her. Y’all know nurses work long hours and give so much of themselves every single day. Emily even has to miss Sunday dinners a lot of the time because she’s taking care of others, and that says so much about the heart nurses have. 🥺

So I decided to surprise her and her floor with a few sweet treats! She knew I was bringing my honey bun cake… but she had NO clue I was also showing up with a peach cobbler because it’s one of her favorites 🍑✨

When I walked in, they were all so excited, and it truly made my heart happy. I hope every single one of them enjoyed a little homemade dessert during their busy shift. Nurses deserve to feel appreciated not just this week, but every single day.

Thank y’all so much to all the nurses out there for everything you do. Your job is so important, and so many families depend on your kindness, compassion, and hard work every day ❤️

And to my Emily… Mamaw loves you and is so proud of you 🫶🏼
