When a customer is challenging, do you work your butt off to impress them or say peace out?
We all know the customers I’m talking about—they have unreasonable expectations, don’t trust your advice, and sometimes aren’t very nice.
It’s really easy to think “if you don’t like me, screw you.”
While I largely agree with this attitude (ha), it’s not an effective way to build business.
4 ways to make the relationship stronger:
1. Understand their perspective
2. Use their preferred communication methods
3. Meet in person or speak directly
4. Act like a partner: us against the problem, not each other
