Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide reliable, high-quality service for every client. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
If you cancel on the same day of your appointment or are not available at the time of service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Lockouts
If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, it will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

5. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine emergencies.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact us via phone or text as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
