So on the way to a clients home we were rear ended.
One of our cleaners went to the hospital.
We wrote the message to the client and all they cared about was their schedule.
We booked them on the app Thumbtack.
So we paid to book them it would make no sense for us to just ignore them.
While we waited for an abundance and the van being towed they gave us a bad review because it interrupted their schedule.
Humanity does not exist anymore.
These are horrible people.
Good luck to the next cleaner to book them as a client.
