When you see bubbling paint in the shower my home inspector hat goes on and I see what’s going on. Should have brought out the moisture meter prior to gently touching the bubble 🤦🏻‍♀️.

We were able to identify this leak prior to open house and going on the market. That wouldn’t have been pretty.

I don’t just clean houses I am a Home Inspector by day and cleaner by night 🤪.
