✓ A dedicated laundry facility. Your laundry is never washed in our personal home machines. We have a dedicated laundry space built specifically for Magnolia Laundry customers.

✓ 4 washers & 4 dryers. Including two extra-large capacity machines, allowing us to handle everything from a single bag to large family orders while keeping every customer’s laundry completely separate.

✓ Every order stays separate. We never mix customers’ laundry, and children’s clothing is never washed with adults’ clothing.

✓ Complete transparency. We photograph your order, sort it into our Magnolia bags, and send your invoice before we begin. You’ll always know exactly what we’re processing and what your total will be.

✓ Simple pricing. We charge by our custom 24” × 36” Magnolia bags, which hold approximately 2–3 loads of laundry. No guessing. No confusing per-load pricing.

✓ No hidden fees. Stain treatment, dryer sheets, and your choice of scented or unscented hypoallergenic detergent are all included.

✓ Your preferences matter. If you have a favorite detergent, fabric softener, or scent booster, we’re happy to use the products you provide.

✓ Clean machines every time. Every washer and dryer is cleaned and disinfected between every customer.

✓ Thoughtfully organized. Before delivery, your laundry is neatly folded and separated by adults’ and children’s clothing, making it easier to put everything away.

✓ Free Magnolia bags. We leave Magnolia bags at your home at no charge, so your next pickup is quick and easy.
