Today, I’d like to talk about self-service car wash etiquette. Our location was at full capacity today, and unfortunately, we had a situation where a customer was waxing their vehicle inside the wash bay while others were waiting in line.
While I don't mind customers taking extra time when we're slow, I have to ask that everyone follow the posted signs: all wipe-downs and detailing should be done at the back of the building. When I respectfully ask a customer to move so someone else can wash, it’s usually because other patrons have expressed frustration. We truly appreciate your business and support, but being respectful of your fellow customers' time is a key part of keeping our car wash running smoothly for everyone.
