✨ Holiday Cleaning Reminder – Please Read ✨
Happy Holidays from Shay’s Way Cleaning LLC! 🎄🎁

As we move into the busy holiday season, I want to share a few reminders to help everything run smoothly for both your family and mine:

📌 Holiday Scheduling
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, I will do my best to reschedule you within the same week. Rescheduled cleanings must still occur within your normal cleaning frequency.

📌 Cancellation Policy
A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee, as this is my source of income and last-minute openings are difficult to fill, especially during the holidays with a busy schedule.

📌 Monthly Clients (Important)
If a monthly cleaning is canceled in December I will unfortunately have to remove that recurring slot from my schedule.
You may reschedule earlier than 4 weeks if you’ll be traveling or celebrating, but please let me know in advance.

📌 Holiday Mess Policy
Holiday extras such as:
🎁 gift & toy clutter
🧸 elf or holiday activity messes
🐾 pet holiday messes
🍽️ big holiday meal cleanup
are not included in standard cleaning and may be billed at declutter/organization rates unless discussed prior to your appointment.

Please ensure surfaces and floors are clear for cleaning. Items can be placed on beds or in a designated area to be skipped that day.

📌 Communication is Key
If you will be out of town or have schedule changes, please message me ahead of time so I can adjust the calendar.

We have an unexpected opening in our schedule for tomorrow. We are offering a special rate of $125 for a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of either a bathroom or a kitchen. Kitchen cleanings will also include the interior of the stove and refrigerator.

We will also do 2 bathrooms or a bathroom and a kitchen for $225
