Experience builds speed—repetition builds efficiency. Good cleaning is both.

As I come to your home more and more, I naturally learn your space, and the cleans become quicker over time. That’s one of the main reasons I charge a flat rate instead of hourly. It doesn’t take away from the amount of work being done—it reflects experience and efficiency.

Unfortunately, with hourly pricing, some cleaners can take advantage of the clock and stretch time to earn more.

I have a motto I live by:
