Highlander Laundromat Co. Good Evening! We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Facility Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and well-organized environment for our staff and visitors at the start and end of each day.
Key Responsibilities
Complete opening and closing facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Sanitize and wipe down high-touch surfaces, common areas, counters, and equipment.
Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors as needed.
Empty trash, empty linens traps, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Restock paper products, hand soap, and other essential supplies.
Keep tools, equipment, and shared spaces organized, tidy, and ready for use.
Report any maintenance needs, hazards, or low supply inventory to management.
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 25–30 lbs), and perform standard cleaning tasks.
Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
Hours 6:30am - 8:30am & 8:30pm - 9:30pm, 5-6 days a week. Pay will be based on qaulifications however competitive.
