We’ve received many questions about the personalized bricks, so we wanted to share an update.

The bricks are safely in storage and will be installed. Our main priority was getting the splash pad completed, open, and running for the community to enjoy this summer.

The bricks will be laid after the splash pad closes for the season. Installing them now would bring dirt and mud onto the splash pad and create unnecessary mess and disruption.

Please be kind, respectful, and patient. This project has taken years of planning, fundraising, hard work, and dedication from many people. We promise the bricks have not been forgotten, and they will be installed!

The brick walkway was created as a fun, personalized feature for the project. While brick purchases supported the walkway, they were not a major source of funding for the construction of the splash pad itself.

Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to complete each part of this project properly.

How many of you have a garage or basement in need of some organization? Maybe a bedroom or a kitchen? Or possibly the entire house 😂? I laugh but not at you. I laugh because there’s probably more of you that need organization in your life than you ever stopped to think about…

Organization makes life so much more convenient and less complicated out stressful! Knowing where that one specific tool went that you just had two hours ago, or having a labeled drawer to remind you that your rubber bands are in the bottom drawer under the drawer with all of your tacks and paper clips…having clear containers that are labeled in the garage for all of the nails, screws, nuts, and bolts, as well as the rubber gadgets and the washers or random gadgets…it all makes life a lot simpler and easier on everyone in the house.

Don’t know where to start? Call me. My OCD will benefit you and get
me out of the nuisance of the people that have to deal with organizational everything whether they want it or not haha!

We know it’s been a long road and we understand that patience has been tested along the way. Projects like this take time, especially when it comes to raising the necessary funds. We also experienced a setback with the need to dig a well, which added to the timeline and cost! But, a bright side is that it’s one of the best wells in the city and will serve this project well for years to come along with benefiting the city of Loyal.

That said, we’re excited to share that Phase 2 is expected to begin by the second week of May—as long as this rain lets up! Once it starts, things should move quickly.

We truly appreciate the support from our community and surrounding areas, it means more than you know. We are still a bit short on funds and are continuing to accept donations to help bring this project across the finish line.
