In need of experienced custodian for a facility located on College in Beaumont (north of I10) on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Will take around an hour and a half to two hours. Duties will require heavy dusting. Cleaning will be after 5:00pm. Pay is a flat rate of $260 per month. Must be dependable, hard working and have dependable transportation. We need someone to start this Friday. Part-Time Custodian Needed in Liberty, Texas for a local business. Needs to be cleaned one time per week, will take about an hour to an hour and a half. Must be cleaned during open for business hours, 7:30am to 5pm, M-F. We prefer someone with previous commercial cleaning experience. Pay is $200 per month. The job pays a flat rate per cleaning (approx. $46 per cleaning). We are in need of a custodian to clean a building located by ISTC on Hwy 69. It is a 2-story building and someone cleans the bottom floor & we need someone to clean the top floor. We are also open to finding a team of 2 people who can work together to clean the entire building. It is every Tuesday and Thursday after 5pm. It pays $390 per month per person.
