Hello there, everyone!
We hope you're all having a fantastic summer, and finding ways to stay cool out there! π₯΅
We're here today to bring you all a handful of fun updates...and finally break our 582 day no-post streak π Our social media may have been lacking but we're thrilled to report that it is because this has been our busiest year on record! We've been granted so many unbelievably fantastic opportunities, and we're beyond grateful for all the wonderful people we've met along the way, and the truly incredible employees who have stepped up to keep this company running smoothly. π€© Honestly, without our brilliant workers, we wouldn't be here today to bring you these updates, so this year's credit goes to them! π₯°
So, without further ado, let's get right into it!
Over the past few years, we have been perfecting our processes and streamlining our procedures. Everything from how we tackle rooms, to how our Walkthrough Checklists are designed, to how new and existing clients can reach us has been overhauled, simplified, and perfected. We've officially gotten every aspect of our company down to a science and it has really benefitted everyone involved. Through these new processes and procedures, we've been able to drastically cut down on the back-and-forth (both on the job and in our interactions), minimize errors and mistakes, and get back to our electronic dealings more efficiently and effectively. As many of you have heard us mention before: "Effective efficiency is the name of the game", and we're truly living it. π
Next up, we have upgraded our phone provider and connected devices, and changed scheduling services, payment processors, and website hosting.
- Our official company phone number (9262) has not changed, but we have ditched the number linked to our old scheduling service (4922), as well as sourced devices that won't have us any more missing calls and voicemails.
- Our previous scheduling service did not share the same commitment to excellence that we pride ourselves on, so we have found a new home for all of our appointments and bookings. New and existing clients will still be able to message in and book directly to our schedule - we are simply waiting for the verification to finish before we are able to provide that number for everyone. There was a temporary blip in our automated messaging as well(Technician is on the way, work has finished, etc.), but we're getting that nailed down, and it will resume shortly.
- We have a brand-spankin'-new website that is finally designed the way we've always wanted. Each of our specialized services have their own personalized pages, full of details and beautiful pictures, and the emails to match! Our Servant's Heart Division has a custom, yet simple, contact form to make donating a clean easier than ever; alternatively, you can also now email us directly at [email protected].

*The contact forms on our site mention the possibility of signing up for marketing, but that's just the standard filler that comes with the template. As always, we stand by our pledge to never spam our customers - our important company-wide updates will only ever be posted here. Specialized client-specific updates are handled in person or over the phone, and email is reserved for our clients without social media.*
Finally, the operational changes..
As we have grown our clientele and expanded our workforce, we've begun transitioning into employee managed cleanings. For the most part, our awesome employees will be handling all STR/AirBnb turnovers while Management handles the Residential side. For our larger rentals, Initial & Move-In/Out Cleans, and double-booked days, we will be sending out crews of 2-5 to get the cleans finished in time and to the official Beach'n Clean standard.
We are also moving to employee managed social media. As you may have picked up on, I'm not the best as keeping up with Facebook and other sites.. Seriously, you should see our TikTok page, it's a literal ghost town over there π«£π₯΄ So, I'm handing over the digital reins to our most trusted employee. She's a lot more social media savvy than I am, and I think she has a lot to offer here. She has more than proven herself in the field and has earned the right to act in our name.
