Our Subcontractor Approval Process

We take pride in protecting our clients and our reputation. Because of this, all potential subcontractors must complete our screening process.

Step 1: Initial Interview

During the first interview, we want to learn about your company.

Topics may include:

• How long you’ve been in business

• Types of cleaning services you provide

• Your company standards and quality control procedures

• How you train your cleaners

• Your experience with residential and/or commercial cleaning

• Proof of licensing and insurance

• References and previous work history

After the initial interview, we will review your qualifications, experience, and overall fit with our company standards.

Only qualified applicants will move forward.

Selected companies will be invited to a second interview where we will discuss:

Approved subcontractors may be offered a trial cleaning assignment to evaluate:

If you acquire three complaints from Cleaning on the jobs you are at you will be removed from the assignments.
