Marquelia Carpet Cleaning #2: (619)972-1128

Part 2: Been busy up until this week, since people get worried about dry times when it rains. I decided to increase the velocity for better suction. It makes it very difficult to clean one-handed. You can hear me struggling in the video. There was print toner that fell on the carpet, but the customer didn't remember what it was until after I finished. It is significantly easier to get dry toner out. I eventually got it out with ink remover.

-Yes, we clean vinyl flooring as well (LVP/LVT). If you're wondering why your socks or feet turn black even after you mopped, it's because residue from cleaning agents need to be removed.

-Part 1-Tile/grout hadn't been cleaned professionally in about a decade. Grout looked bright white after it dried as I was leaving, I need to take more before and after photos. I prespray, srub the floor, and extract with a spinner or edge tool. After I do detailing on my knees by hand with a hand brush and rag. I have to behind toilets, or as you'll see in the next video, when the hand tool can't get closer because of a jagged wall.

Part 1: My solution line started to drip mid job. Even though I was filming, I didn't notice until the hot water started burning my toes. Fixed it after the job was done. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. I kept finding pieces of spackling that was falling off a recently fixed ceiling. The glide prevents me from sucking anything bigger than a dime to protect my blower (suction part). My little bro was with me today, working the camera.

Part 2- Heavily soiled carpet that's less than 2 years old. Came out great, but there were certain spots where someone tried to rub spots pretty roughly. They ended up causing fiber damage, which can't be fixed.

Part 3 - The customer did not pay for pet treatment, but I had a small amount left over from my previous job to saturate a small 2x3 ft section. They had previously cleaned it themselves using Fabuloso, which left the carpet with an extremely high PH. Although it is dirty, you can tell the acid rinse immediately neutralized the PH as soon as I went over it with my wand. I used a hand tool to get a little under the couch, which I couldn't move because it was loaded. Carpet due for replacement soon.

I'm trying to take a one-handed video with the spinner. I went over it again after I stopped filming. We haven't done the edges yet in this area. Some spots needed tile acid to come off even with agitation of the grout.
