What it is, is a select group of guys with military, law enforcement, and firefighter back grounds with a love for hunting these invasive destructive animals. We use the best in Night Vision and Thermal optics on suppressed rifles to get up close to these animals in the dark and to remove as many as possible. Traps work but once you catch a few the rest become wise and know to avoid these traps.
Dogs work but dogs can't read property boundary lines and typically catch one or two, while the rest of the sounder escapes. We move in under the cover of darkness and target sounders who don't know we are there and take several out at a time. Landowners who wish to come along are more than welcome to see what shooting hogs at night is like and will be in for an experience.
