How I avoid burnout as a solo cleaner (especially doing only deep cleans + bond cleans):
🔥 Saunas + ice baths
Daily if I can. Recovery isn’t a luxury, it’s maintenance 🧊🧖♀️
💧 Hydration is non negotiable
I drink a lot of water. I keep a 10 litre jug in my van so I can refill instantly on the job 🚐💦
🥗 Clean eating
Our bodies are literally how we earn money. I eat to fuel, sustain, and recover both on and off the job 💪✨
🏋️♀️ Staying fit
Gym time is essential. Cleaning uses repetitive muscles, so I train the ones that don’t get enough love and keep my stamina high 🏃♀️🔥
🎯 I choose my jobs intentionally
Not out of desperation, but alignment. I don’t take on jobs I don’t enjoy, jobs that are too big, or clients I don’t vibe with 🚫😵💫
😴 Proper rest
Eight hours minimum every night. That sleep repairs the body and prepares me for the next big clean 🛌✨
