Job Title: Janitorial Cleaner
Company: Clean and Bright Cleaning Service, LLC
Location: Nashville, Hendersonville, Brentwood, Franklin, TN
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Shifts Available: Sunday-Saturday, early morning and morning shifts available.
Compensation: $11-13/hr. with the opportunity for a raise to up to $15/hr. after the 90-day probationary period.*
Bonuses: $500 Anniversary bonus for long-term contractors on the anniversary of their commitment to the company, $100 referral bonus paid after the referred party completes their probationary period.*

Position Overview: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Janitorial Cleaners. The ideal candidate will have previous janitorial or professional cleaning experience, with a preference for those familiar with operating an auto scrubber.
Responsibilities:
Sweeping and mopping floors
Dusting surfaces
Wiping and sanitizing various surfaces
Operating an auto scrubber (preferred)
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Requirements:
Previous janitorial or professional cleaning experience (preferred)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Familiarity with using an auto scrubber (preferred)
Availability for early morning and morning shifts
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Benefits:

Opportunity for a pay raise after the 90-day probationary period*
$500 anniversary bonus for contractors every year on the anniversary of their commitment to the company
$10-100 referral bonus paid after the referred party completes their probationary period* (referral bonus amount is contingent on the length of the contract fulfilled by the referred party)
*Probationary period is 90 contracted days, not 90 calendar days. The pay rate varies by job site.
