Had a client today ask for a spot treatment on their carpet. This client is elderly and tends to spill things or as in the stubborn stain on the bathroom floor carpet, bodily fluids ,during falls or accidents. He’s been living there for ages and hasn’t had the carpets cleaned since 2002
