Newer client....happy client. Love when they make it a point to say how pleased they are after each cleaning.

The snow has arrived. I've rearranged the schedule so my team can be home for the next few days. Stay safe everyone.

Many people mistake the pink build-up in their showers as mold. It's not, but it is a bacteria and needs to be removed. Harsh chemicals will ruin the stone. Dawn powerwash and a good scrub brush is all that's needed.

Murphys Toy Drive with my team.

I needed to hear positives today and this is the best client complement I've ever heard. So proud of my team and how far we've come.

"You have the reputation of being the best in the industry in the Sullivan Catskills.
We are actually quite happy and honored that you decided to work with us.
We worked hard on this property and we will continue to add more features.
Cleanliness is as important as the amenities and design. That's the reason we needed the best cleaning company to work with us.
Our search has ended with you."

Love these texts from clients.

When you pull up to an airbnb and you see this, there's pretty much a guarantee to walk into a trashed house. *sigh*
