Another new home. & garage hooked up AA 500 tank with eq field line. Correctly installed this customer will be able to live in confidence that they won’t have sewer problems. Down the road. Buttt these systems do require maintenance. The aerators have a filter to be cleaned to keep them breathing properly. The tank should also be pumped out every 3 to 5 years. Depending on the household and how the system is running. We inspect these systems for 2 years after install.
