I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. I want to be as understanding and flexible as possible—always!

Every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to make the most of each cleaning day. Last-minute schedule changes make it extremely difficult to offer that time to another client, especially during my busiest season.

🫧 Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for 72 hours notice for all schedule changes, including cancellations and reschedules.

• Schedule changes made less than 72 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

• Schedule changes made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, as well as appointments where there is no response at the time of the scheduled service, will be charged the full service amount.

This policy allows me to continue providing dependable, high-quality service while protecting the time reserved for every scheduled appointment.

New Summer Temperature Policy ☀️

To ensure a safe working environment and maintain the quality and efficiency of my services, homes must be cooled to 70°F or below prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Professional cleaning is physically demanding work. Between scrubbing, lifting supplies, and moving continuously throughout a home — body temperatures can rise significantly during a cleaning session.
Excessive indoor temperatures can impact both safety and productivity!

Effective immediately, if a home is above 70°F upon arrival, cleaning services will not be performed and a service fee will be applied.
