Quick update from Move My Hot Tub.
We’ve recently heard from several customers who submitted messages through Facebook or filled out a form on our website but haven’t received a response. We apologize for any missed messages!
Our social media and website are currently being updated, so during this transition, the best and fastest way to reach us is directly by text or phone at 708-717-0671.
We also ask for a little patience when waiting for a response. We’re a small, hands-on business, which means we’re the same people answering the phones, scheduling your moves, delivering hot tubs, and installing them. When we’re on a job, we may not always be able to answer immediately, but we will get back to you as soon as we can., typically within an hour.
