Tip of the week:

Less is more. Use the recommended amount of detergent and HE formula for our machines. Protect your clothes and help keep our washers running smoothly.
What happens to your load when you use too much detergent
- Residue on clothes: excess detergent can leave white streaks, a sticky or stiff feel, and make fabrics look dull.
- Bad smells and mold: leftover soap traps dirt and moisture, encouraging mildew and bacteria inside the washer.
- Less effective cleaning: too much suds reduce water movement and friction, so clothes may come out less clean.
- Fabric and color damage: chemical buildup can fade colors and weaken fibers over time.
- Machine problems: excessive foam can interfere with sensors, pumps, and cycles, causing incomplete washes or malfunctions.
