Snake River Fleet Services DBA Country Repair HD is looking for a motivated Parts / Service Advisor to join our growing heavy-duty diesel repair team.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenance
• Open, update, and close repair orders in Fullbay
• Source and order parts from vendors
• Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
• Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate and detailed job notes
• Assist with estimates and invoicing
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Heavy-duty, diesel, automotive, or fleet experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer experience required
• Fullbay experience is a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• use reclaim device
• use pressure washer
Document Service
• log all washes and send to manager
• Take before and after photos of truck
Perform Maintenance on equipment
• change filters
• wash equipment

Must be able to Safely...
• Perform lifting/pushing/pulling of brushes to clean trucks
• Lift and Carry 50 lbs
• Walk 5+ miles a day
• Bend and kneel for extended periods of time
