💚 Meet Dani Duke, Field Manager at Scrub ‘N Bubbles
Dani’s journey with Scrub ‘N Bubbles started 10 years ago after a former coworker at Walgreens recommended her for the role, saying she knew exactly the right person for the job. What started as a simple opportunity quickly turned into a decade-long career, and as Dani says, “I will die here, in the best way.” Over the years, she’s grown alongside the company, watched her kids grow up with it, and become a key part of the heart behind SNB.
Today, Dani serves as our Field Manager, where no two days ever look the same. From handling morning scheduling challenges and supporting the cleaning team in real time, to answering client needs, motivating staff, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes, she’s often the steady hand making sure things run smoothly. She describes it simply as “putting out fires, supporting the team, and doing all the fun things in between”, but anyone who knows SNB knows how essential that role really is.
What Dani is most proud of isn’t just her title, it’s her growth. She’s stepped into more responsibility over time, built strong partnerships with leadership, and takes pride in hiring and supporting a team that truly cares. For her, SNB has always been about more than cleaning, it’s about people. A supportive workplace, a family-like culture, and a shared mission to genuinely improve people’s lives.
Her favorite part of SNB culture? Loving, consistent, and balanced. And her message to every client says it best: “We love you like family, and we take care of your home like it’s our mama’s house.” 💖
