✨️Every month the staff of Queen Bee Cleaning, LLC go on an outing together to recharge and connect in our free time after work.

It's a really unique thing to have a team so collaborative that they choose to come hang out on their own time just for the good times, vibes, food and laughs.

This month was extra special as our staff celebrated CJ's graduation collaboratively with some axe throwing competition.

Fun fact: some of your cleaners have REALLY good aim. Some of your cleaners....Will keep practicing.

As for management, Maria carried Mary through the tournament and Ty did very well for his team.

Congratulations 🎊 again to CJ and thanks to the team it was a great night and it's always a privilege to spend time with you.

Congratulations to our Business Manager and Cleaning Technician, Maria at Queen Bee Cleaning, LLC for being Employee of the Month for May! While juggling her new position you can frequently find Maria on-site supporting her team members in real time. She is always willing to pick up extra hours and cover any call-outs or unexpected schedule hiccups. I always ask, but really there is no need because Maria will always opt to be pro-team!

Personally, Maria has supported me in particular in her new management role. She has years of experience behind her and it shows through her excitement and passion for supporting her teammates but her calm expertise. When I need a new perspective, Maria can give me 5 different ones and it always is one that helps me make a better decision to support my team. Sometimes being a boss you lose perspective of your team and Maria keeps me grounded by advocating heavily for her teammates. She loves to see people grow into the best they can be and sees all the opportunities and potential in everyone which makes her a great manager - when you are there to see everyone around you succeed above yourself that is how you know you have good management style.

Every day is a new celebration at Queen Bee Cleaning, LLC and I love getting the chance to recognize each team member for their individual contributions and wins. Today I received a great shout-out after this deep cleaning in Coventry, RI to Christy and Tate! The client was pleased with their hard work, results, pleasant attitude, honesty and work ethic and welcomed them back for the next visit.

Each visit is an opportunity for my team to shine not just in their work but how they represent themselves and show up for the clients and their pride in what they do. Funnily, I received an almost identical call this morning from a long term client who is moving and wants us to move with her.

The cleaning is stellar, the staff are even better. That's what keeps us going not just as a business, but it's why I show up every day because I owe them the best of me as a business owner when they give their best each day for our clients.
