Hey everyone! Since a lot of you are new here, I’d like to give an approximate updated pricing list and what our cleanings entail. Unfortunately with inflation our prices have slightly increased to keep up with the cost of supplies and gas. Thanks for everyone’s understanding through this difficult time.
Deep cleans -
High & Low dusting including light fixtures/ceiling fans, blinds, windows, baseboards, full bathroom clean including toilets, sinks, mirror, showers & tubs, outside kitchen cabinets, dishes, counters, microwave, outside appliances (inside appliances can be requested for an additional charge), make up beds (linen change if requested), vacuum and mop all floors and take all trash.
1 bedroom- starting $200
2 bedrooom- starting $250
3 bedroom- starting $300
4 bedroom- starting $350
Regular maintenance clean -
Low dusting, ceiling fans, kitchen counters, microwave, dishes, spot clean cabinets as needed, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors, sinks/counters, make up beds, vacuum, mop and take trash.
1 bedroom- Starting $100
2 bedroom- Starting $125
3 bedroom- Starting $150
4 bedroom- Starting $175
5 bedroom- Starting $200
Light clean -
Light clean of kitchen and vacuum/mop entire house OR light clean of bathrooms and vacuum/mop entire house including trash removal.
We also offer move in/move out cleans as well as new construction cleans.
