Moisture conditions in your home lead to big problems, fast! Don't neglect a leaking faucet, water running between your gutter and fascia, a leaky roof, or sprinklers misdirected. The roof above this bay window allowed water to enter at one point making the conditions excellent for termites. The visible evidence from these buggers was only a few inches of trim damage. What we found upon repairing this damage is amazing yet alarming. Can you believe this was right under the homeowners nose? Treatment has been completed and the window box and roof repairs are being completed as we speak. Pictures of our excellent working coming soon!
