What is cool seal? 
Cool Seal," referring to products by brands like Kool Seal and Cool Seal, are reflective roof coatings that act as a sunscreen for existing roofs, reducing heat absorption. These coatings, often white elastomeric or silicone-based,form a seamless, protective, and highly reflective barrier over various roofing materials to extend the roof's life, prevent damage, and lower cooling costs by decreasing the heat transferred into the building.
How Cool Seal Works
