Rodeway Inn & Suites of Smyrna is looking for a Front Desk/Night Auditor with lots of personality. Someone who can make guest feel welcome as well as assisting to their needs. Work as a team with all other departments.
Duties:
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Check guests in and out with efficiency.
Answer phones in a professional manner. Transferring calls or take messages when necessary.
Accurately process credit card transactions.
Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve.
May have to book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel.
Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving..
Having a flexible schedule including nights, weekend and/or holidays
