It's summertime! Does your property have a lot of trees and wildlife? Have you thought about having your property or perhaps your Dog Park areas treated for fleas and ticks?

Ticks may be small, but they pose a significant health risk because they can transmit serious diseases at rapidly increasing rates.

These tiny bugs survive by biting animals or people and feeding on blood. Even though they’re small, they can carry big germs that make people sick, so it’s important to notice them early. Ticks change how they look as they grow, moving through four stages — egg, larva, nymph, and adult — and each stage can look a little different. Knowing these stages helps you recognize a tick quickly and remove it before it becomes a problem.

Happy Friday!

Yesterday, the BUGSolutions I had the pleasure of playing in the Greater Nashville Apartment Association 2026 NASHCAR-500 Golf Tournament.🏌️The proceeds for this scramble that were raised go towards educational opportunities within our growing industry. 🤗

Needless to say, I think that our team had a fantastic time as well as everyone else who was fortunate enough to enjoy such a beautiful day on the green ⛳️ Thanks to everyone who showed up and showed out!

“In the last week” recap- 📝

We had a wonderful time at the Apartment Association of North Alabama luncheon last week learning about a wonderful foundation, helping people in need called WellStone as well as hearing from other local authorities on what they do for those in need and how we can help. 🥰 Thank you all for taking the time to come out and speak with us!

Earlier this week, we also had the luxury of attending the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Manager’s luncheon. We were able to network with our fellow industry folks and here from our Chairwoman of the Board- Tammy Lee 🦸‍♀️ on her experiences over the years on how to ‘manage’ within our multifamily industry. 

Good times had by all – lots of love and laughs!  🤗
