So sad that people in this world will try to ruin someoneās business. I had a client who I had to do a move out clean for! There mother originally contacted me and from the beginning was complaining stating it was to high! But they still used me! I also require deposits in order to reserve a date due to cancellations! And the client immediately had a issue he asked for a invoice which i provided and then didnāt here nothing back for over a week as he read my messages and didnāt reply! Finally he decided to send the deposit! I was supposed to do the job early Monday morning! And something came up because even though I run a business I am human too and have a whole life! Do me trying my best to never have to complaining cancel on a client asked if it would be okay that I do the job Sunday overnight instead of monday morning! So not a huge difference just a some hours early! And he agreed to that! Letās not forget I gave a quote based off being told the house was in great condition and it wouldnāt be nothing to clean it.. so I arrived at the house at 8pm on the way I asked if supplies I asked to be supplied was there and he replied no. Didnāt offer to bring any or anything just left it alone after I told him I had told his mom who I originally spoke with I needed those items! It was just paper towels and trash bags!I also told him hour before arriving I require payment when the job was done and he knew I was coming around 8pm so clearly itās going to be late when Iām finished and he agreed to send the payment when I sent pictures! But I didnāt get it til next morning! So I get to the home and immediately notice the home was by far not in great condition the tubs where absolutely horrible and toilets where so bad there was permanent damage from corrosion each bathroom took over and hour! The stove was so dirty it was just built up grease and I soaked it for over an hour and then soaked it again and scrubbed it and still couldnāt get everything off of it! And the whole house literally had hair everywhere! The light fixture I donāt think was ever dusted as there was cobwebs on the bulb so good I couldnāt just dust it off! There was food caked on the wall of the kitchen, one room literally had a big bucket full of water that was leaking all over the floor, a lot of the lights wasnāt working, etc I mean it was by far great condition! A house normally like that I would charge more! But because he was working with me on timing and cause he wasnāt answering me I chose not to! Anyway I made sure I did absolutely everything in the house I said came with the cleaning! Took pictures and everything! Next day his mother calls me and starts to chew me out and threaten me and demand I come fix it as well as tell me how I didnāt inform her about details of my life that is none of her business! So I did hang up because I donāt deserve to be spoken to like that! And I immediately contacted my client and told him if there is any issues to reach out to me and he sent me a few pictures of a few spots on the floor he claims was there after the cleaning! And I know for a fact I vacuumed and mopped the whole floor! One of the spots was under the dishwasher and I personally took a rag and wiped along the floor Uber cabinets so I know that wasnāt there! But let say I did miss the few spots it was literally 3 tiny spots he had pictures of and as I said I think they where before I stepped foot in the home! I am human a few tiny spots like that is not a big reason to try to ruin my name! Especially after you didnāt pay me at the time you was supposed to which caused huge inconvenience! Supplies werenāt provided as agreed on which made my job even harder and more time consuming! And the house was in way worse conditions then described! And he tried to claim that baseboards where not done but yet had no pictures of that and like I told him if I didnāt touch the baseboards then how did all that caked on food come off? They were clearly done! Now he is trying to state I just ignored the issues! When I in fact didnāt and if I did make those mistakes I would have fixed them but I know for a fact those things where done! Why would I do all the major things but leave out the tiny? So moral of the story donāt believe everything someone says cause there is always 2 side and most of the time 1 is a lie! I have many clients who can back up my work I always do walk thru a before I leave and never have issues! But one of the only times I donāt this happens! I specialize in deep cleans and Iām very detailed and thorough have proof of it! But one person who I guess didnāt want to do the work or pay someone is trying to get there money back when I know I did the thing he claims I didnāt! And now I have a bad review cause of someone lying which isnāt right at all! So I just ask that if you are doing business with anyone and you see a bad review and only 1 ask them about it donāt just take it to the grave with you cause not everything is true!
