Signs Your Leach Field Is Failing (Catch It Before It’s Too Late)
💡 The Bad News: A failed leach field can cost anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000+ to completely dig up and replace.

Keep an eye (and nose) out for these 4 critical warning signs:

The "Lawn Mower Trap": Is the grass over your leach field spongy, soggy, or holding standing water even when it hasn't rained? If your boots sink into the lawn, the soil has stopped absorbing water.
