I will miss doing Business with my Clients and friends. What happened to me is like Relationships being torn from me. My Thank you to the CRCII, the ISCT, my Friend that worked for the Red Cross, a few friends at local Villages and people I met, my Family that was involved, my Dad that was a Village Trustee for so many Year's and gave me so many tools, and handyman or do it yourself books on everything from plumbing, electrical, roofing, new kitchen, so I could do and inspect, for better re-builds and many many others, that had made my Business possible. Working together made a Teamwork possible, in times of Crisis. We made claims easier, 23yrs experience, along with knowing local and National Assist programs, for clients, a Happy safer, healthier better home and/or Business in their lives. Sometimes the Insurance Companies wouldnt send there adjusters they knew our reputation, and complete paperwork, and I do all necessary claim work with them on the phone, and the Insurance Company saved money that way. Also sold or upgraded some Insurance policies with a few Insurance Companies. Used Eco Friendly products, and even did Duct Cleaning. I The President of The Carpet and Rug Cleaners Institute of Illinois also Assisted a Committee, in the carpet cleaning standard, the water damage restoration standard and the mold remediation standard. One I forgot about, Investigated a Bait and swith carpet cleaning Company, for The CRCII. I had one of the Hottest Carpet Cleaning Truckmounts without reversing yard twist, and didn't have to over use my Cleaning Agents and Chemical's to remove spot's and stains the right way. I helped one company HydraMaster Invent a Truckmount. An Affiliate IICRC President. My Uncle that died from Cancer, was a Carpet Installer, may he be with God as I know Him. My Dad that does Leather work Craftmanship. A Truckmount and Portable Inventor that was on my Board, he made the first Truckmount. I had 10 Inventions I did for the Industry. Was always broke to Patent, only got a few cleaners out of them, and Assisted Hydra Master in Manufacturing a New Truckmount for Beginners. 1 Deodorant change in it's makeup. Had a Vacuum to come out and market but someone that had the money, made one like it. And my old friends that became friends from doing Business with you that where in Insurance if your still doing that. Also knew Flood Assistance program's and Township's to tell the Client about when there was a Flood, made it easier on the Client and Insurance, had many Thank you's from them. And did Flood Prevention. Wanted to have a Flood House of my own but didn't get that far. Also a Koekeritz the Biggest Carpet Retailer in Rolling Meadow's. A Police Officer friend that got me work with 2 Property Manager's, would like some of you that where my Clients to contact me, email, or add me on Facebook. What happened was some vandals kept breaking into my Garage and House, they knew how to get thru big locks. MGS approved. And we where left with little to no Equipment, I even had missing paperwork. Then my House and Business had a Fire and I lost everything, a cigarette lighter was found on the front sidewalk, and Homeowners Insurance misteriously was taken off my Home while it was in Foreclosure. And was left Homeless walking the street. I had one of the most qualifications to use Biocides and fungicides. I was approved by 2 suppliers. And Pennsylvanias Unsmoke. I was pretty much told since I saved some lives in Business I was going to be put out of Business. Also had a Tire slashed and someone put something on my Car. I'm Im working as a Taxi Driver. My van dealer nicknamed me the mouse. Also we where cancer fighters. Some molds are carcinogenic. And too much foot fungus on carpet is also. And to the people that read this I will let you know a cleaning secret. Mr Clean has the best cleaning chemistry of store cleaners. Try it. My loosing my Business was a loose toward fighting Cancer, foot fungus on carpet is that it makes that. My Uncle died from Cancer and Mold Remediation some Molds are Carcinogenic. 😂 there's always gonna be someone higher or lower priced. To the contractor. Some of the bait n switch ads 4.99 a room end up charging more than 1.25 a sq foot. The most I charged for a Premium package was .72 a sq ft and I had 3 Master Certifications and 23 years experience when I lost the Business. And they used portables. I used a Truckmount that was $20,000.00. I worked for DuPont also they make scotchguard. I was President of The CRCII and Secretary once and the most active Member. Now it's during The Industry that I'm not in anymore I have more products and equipment that would work for the Industry. A few months ago I had 1 for Automotive Industry. As a Former President of The CRCII I did more than any Member regarding Carpet and upholstery cleaning as far as waste water disposal including gettimg a Truckmount that used less water and detergents. There never has been any assigned or designated places to get rid of it. I used to use a pump out at the Customers home or Business some would want it as fertilizer and I'd do that and it worked. I tested it myself 6 times in the same place. Made grass grow much thicker or full. I'm not a landscaper but my yard was better. The detergents or Cleaners actually break everything down so much (By a Certified Technician) that it was much more than plain dirty water and deactivation of the Cleaners. I also was told after a Seminar that Legally The water after cleaning is there's also. Also watch out for a Company called All Brite Cleaning and Restoration's. They and a co conspirator stole some of my Business and got news publicity about their success. And years later I also found they where using My Company name as a keyword on their site. My Van while I was Homeless got stolen. I was hoping to have an Apartment for a few months.
