Today, CMP Cleaning Services received an extraordinary email that truly left us speechless and filled our hearts with so much happiness! 🥹❤️

We aren’t quite ready to share the exciting news just yet, but we couldn’t let today go by without saying THANK YOU!

To every single client who has trusted us with their home, recommended us to a friend, shared our posts, left us a kind review, or simply supported our little business along the way — please know how much you mean to us.

🧹💕 A Friendly Reminder to Our Wonderful CMP Clients! 💕

As we approach the busy holiday season, we wanted to give everyone a little heads-up!

From November 2nd through November 23rd, CMP Cleaning Services will be down one of our wonderful team members while she is out of the country.

With the holidays quickly approaching and our team being short-handed, our schedule will be a little tighter than usual during these weeks.

❤️ We kindly ask for your help with a few things:

🧹 If you already know of any dates in November that you will not need your scheduled cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible.

🧹 We also ask that everyone please do their best to avoid last-minute cancellations, unless absolutely necessary. Advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule, accommodate other clients, and keep things running smoothly.

🧹 Please be patient with us if we need to make slight adjustments to cleaning times or schedules during these few weeks.

We will be doing everything we can to make sure everyone’s homes and businesses are taken care of, especially with Thanksgiving right around the corner! 🦃🍂

We truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support of our small business! Our girls work incredibly hard, and we want to make sure we can continue providing the quality cleaning you know and love, even while we’re a little short-handed.

Thank you for being part of our CMP family! ❤️

❤️ Just a quick friendly reminder about how our general cleaning pricing works!

CMP charges by the man hour for general maintenance cleanings. We know “man hours” can sometimes be confusing, so here’s the easiest way to explain it:

👉 1 cleaner working 4 hours = 4 man hours
👉 2 cleaners working 2 hours = 4 man hours
👉 3 cleaners working 1 hour = 3 man hours

So if we tell you your cleaning took 4 man hours, that does NOT necessarily mean we were at your home for 4 hours.

If 2 cleaners were there for 2 hours, together they completed 4 hours worth of cleaning.

Basically, we add together the time worked by each cleaner. 😊

We also allow our clients to set a certain amount of man hours if they’re trying to stay within a budget. Just let us know what you’d like us to focus on, and we’ll work through those priorities during your scheduled time.

We hope this helps clear up any confusion! ❤️ We always want our clients to understand exactly how they are being charged. We never want anyone feel cheated.
