Standard clean includes dusting, vacuuming and mopping, wiping down surfaces in kitchen and bathroom,
emptying trash cans, scrubbing tubs, showers, sinks and toilets. Deep clean includes standard services as well as ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets, above cabinets, baseboards, spot cleaning walls, inside windows, and any area that can be reached with a step stool. Please note that if you request a particular # of hours, I will focus on heavily used areas, such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. If you have specific requests, please let me know up front so they can be accommodated. Move-in / Move-out - .18 / sq ft
Add-ons include the inside of appliances and cabinets, by request only
Inside window cleaning and outdoor ground level windows only, by request only
Pricing is determined based on the condition of the residence
