Yesterday, something one of my cleaners said really made me stop and think.
I had a conversation with a customer about her experience with our cleaning team. Nothing major or dramatic—just honest feedback about things she noticed and how she felt about certain aspects of her service.
Later, when I spoke with one of my cleaners about it, she looked at me surprised and said, “Your customers actually tell you things like that?”
I said, “Absolutely.”
She told me how much she admired the kind of relationship I have with my customers—and coming from someone who has worked in customer service for years, that really stuck with me.
Because I realized something: I am incredibly proud of the relationships I have built with the people who trust Conway Solutions with their homes.
I WANT my customers to talk to me.
If we missed a spot the size of your pinky nail—tell me.
If something wasn't done the way you like it—tell me.
If you absolutely love something we did—tell me that too.
If you feel more comfortable with one cleaner than another, I want to know.
Because when you allow someone into your home, you're giving them access to something personal.
Your home is your safe place.
It's where you close the door on the rest of the world. It's where your children sleep. It's where your family gathers. It's where you laugh, cry, rest, celebrate, and live your everyday life.
In a way, when you invite us into your home, you're inviting us onto sacred ground—and I believe that deserves respect.
At Conway Solutions, we're not just there to clean a house and collect a payment. I want you to feel comfortable with the people walking through your door. I want you to trust us when you're home AND when you're not. And I want you to know that your experience matters to me, right down to the smallest detail.
Whether it's the biggest job we've ever done or the smallest weekly cleaning on our schedule, your home matters to us because it matters to you.
So to every customer who has trusted Conway Solutions with the key to their home, their alarm code, their pets, their belongings, their families, and their personal space—thank you.
And please, always know that my door is open.
Tell me the good. Tell me the bad. Tell me the little things.
That's how we get better. That's how trust is built. And that's how I believe business should be done. 🩷
You're not just another house on our schedule. You're someone who trusted us with your home—and I will never take that lightly.
