Southern Shine customers,
First and foremost, thank you again for the incredible patience, understanding, and support you’ve shown us throughout the storm damage and repair process at Southern Shine. We know this disruption affected many of our members and interrupted the service you count on from us, and we truly understand the frustration that comes with that.
Now that the wash is back open and operating again, we’ve begun reviewing options for customers who were impacted during the downtime. Over the past several days, our entire focus has been on diagnosing the damage, securing parts, and getting the wash safely back up and running as quickly as possible. Because of that, we haven’t been able to respond to every message or question individually just yet.
Please know that we hear your concerns, we appreciate your feedback, and we are actively working through possible solutions for affected members. We expect to share more information within the coming week once we’ve had time to fully evaluate everything.
