This is a 2-3 hr cleaning 1 time a month price ranges from $175-250. Depending on the house.

Premium house cleaning services average PER CLEAN
$80-150 weekly
$125- 175 bi weekly
$175-250 monthly
$150- 2 hr cleaning session
$200- up one time clean (lived in)
$300- up One time clean (vacant)

One time cleans will require a non refundable $75 holding deposit at time of booking.

PAYMENT OPTIONS-
Cash or Facebook pay
MUST be paid IN FULL at time of service.

I bring all the cleaning products, rags, and mops (unless you have a specific mop)
You provide the vacuum.

A typical premium house cleaning checklist:

Vacuuming carpets and floors
Sweeping and mopping floors
High and low dusting- ceiling fans, exhaust fans in bathrooms , light fixtures, table tops, baseboards
Cleaning door handles and light fixtures
Dusting windows, window sills and ledges
Cleaning kitchen appliances on the outside, and stove tops (the microwave is cleaned inside as well)
Wiping countertops and outside of the kitchen cabinets/knobs
Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet
Cleaning the sink, bath tubs and/or showers
Cleaning mirrors in the bathrooms
Cleaning glass on front/back door
Doing the dishes (often additional service)
Emptying trash (often additional service)
Changing linens (often additional service)
Walls - washing them (additional service)
Picking up prior to cleaning (additional service)
